How do I activate my Voicemail feature?
It's very simple. Log in your account from http://www.italkbb.com using your BB# (899#) and password, go to Voicemail and then choose "please activate my Voicemail feature (forward to voicemail, then email)". Your voicemail will be activated after 2 hours.
You can also get help from our Customer Service Representatives by calling 1-877-482-5503.
Please note that for new accounts, voicemail will be activated 24 hours after Account activation success.
How do I setup my voicemail access?
It's very simple. Log in your account from http://www.italkbb.com using your BB# (899#) and password, go to Voicemail to setup your password (must be 4 or more digits) and your email address to receive messages. You can also get help from our Customer Service Representatives by calling 1-877-482-5503.
Can I setup Voicemail and Call Forwarding features the same time?
These 2 features cannot be used together.
If you have setup your voicemail, your unanswered calls will go to your voicemail, and messages will be sent to your email account.
If you choose "I do not wish to activate voicemail, please activate Call Forwarding for me (Forward calls to another number)." Voicemail feature will be deactivated. Now you have Call Forwarding, you must setup another number to have your calls forwarded to or call 1-877-482-5503 to let our Customer Service Represantetive know which number you would like to forward your calls to.
Your new setup will be effective after 2 hours.
How do I record personal greeting?
It's very simple. Log in your account from http://www.italkbb.com using your BB# (899#) and password, go to [Activate voicemail] and click on [Activation Greeting setting], look at [Record your personal greeting now], and then enter a US or Canada number (must add 1 in the beginning). After you click on [Call back now], the number you have entered will ring, Answer the ring and wait for the "beep", then record your message. Hang up after recording is completed.
You may also call 1-647-8270-111 to record your personal greeting.
How do I access my Voicemail?
It's very simple. Call 1-647-8270-111 to access your voicemail.
If you are calling from your iTalkBB phone, you will be asked to enter your password which you set up during activation of this feature.
If you are calling from another phone, you will be asked to enter your BB number (899#) and password.
Then follow command below:
  [1]Listen to the message
  [2]Record Prompt
  [3]Set Status
  [4]Listen to saved messages
  [5]Listen to old messages
After listening to your message, you may choose the following options:
  [4]Repeat the message
  [6]Next Message
  [7]Delete the message
  [9]Save the message
How long will my messages be saved for? How do I delete them?
Your message will be saved on your phone for 24 hours, it will also be sent to your email account as an attachment. Within the 24 hours, you may delete it at anytime by dialing 1-647-8270-111 from your iTalkBB phone or from any other phone.
Is Voicemail a free feature?
Yes, it is.
How do I deactivate my voicemail service?
If you wish to deactivate your voicemail service, simply log in your account from http://www.italkbb.com using your BB# (899#) and password, go to Voicemail and Cancel Voice mail service. You voicemail will be deactivated after 2 hours; your unanswered calls will not go to your iTalkBB voicemail anymore.
