Taiwan Phone Number is available to all iTalkBB customers for FREE, it comes with your iTalkBB account. Your family and friends in Taiwan can simply call your Taiwan Phone Number from any landline or cell phone to reach you in the Canada. The caller in Taiwan will not incur any long distance or international charges, it's just like making a local call to them.
Our Taiwan Phone Number has 99% coverage of the cities in Taiwan. |

Fax is a free feature offered to all iTalkBB customers.
To send a fax:
Press "#"+ 1 + fax number.
Please note: 1. If you are using Linksys SPA1001 model, after pressing "#", please wait for the long beep before dialing the number.
2. iTalkBB service does not support international Fax. |

| 911 Emergency Dialing Services |
The safety and security of our customers is of the utmost importance to iTalkBB. iTalkBB has the capability to offer 911 Emergency Dialing Services to its customers.
However, our Emergency Dialing Services are VoIP based services, and therefore, are subject to certain limitations and outage factors that are different from traditional 911 accesses. It is important that you read the E-911 section under Terms and Condition, understand and inform all residents and guests of these important limitations. |

| In-Network Calls |
In-Network Calls are always free among all iTalkBB customers. If your family and friends are also iTalkBB customers, then you can talk as long as you like for free, even if you are not in the same continent.
Dialing instruction:
Use your iTalkBB phone and dial the other party's 10 digit BB number. |

| Three-Way Calling |
3-Way calling is also known as 3-way conference call. By using this feature, 3 parties at 3 different locations can join the same conversation at the same time. No activation is needed to use this function.
To use this function:
 Dial the phone number.
 After the first party is connected, press "Flash".
 After you get a dial tone, dial the third party's phone number.
 After the third party is connected, press "Flash" again.
Now the 3 of you should all be in the same conversation. |

| Voice Mail |
iTalkBB's voicemail allows callers to leave you messages when you are away from your iTalkBB phone, or on the other line, so you will never miss an important call. When you are traveling outside of your area, you don't need to make long distance calls to check your messages, you can simply go to your email account to check them.
To use this function:
| Log into your account management page to activate or deactivate your voicemail function.
You may record or change your personal greeting by phone at anytime.
Your messages sent to your email account will be available to you for 24 hours.
If you do not wish to have your calls to go to voicemail, you may also set up Call Forwarding to have your calls forwarded to a designated number. |

| Caller ID |
| Caller ID is available to all customers. The caller's phone number will show on phones with display capability. You can screen calls to decide whether to take a call or not. It's an excellent way to manage your incoming calls. No activation is needed to use this function. |

| Call Waiting |
You can accept a call from a third party while engaging in an active call. The iTalkBB Phone Adaptor will alert you of the second incoming call by playing a call waiting tone.
To use this function:
To accept the incoming call while in an active call, press "Flash".
Your conversation with the first caller will be put on hold.
Press "Flash" to go back to the first caller. |

| Call Hold |
You can put your current phone call on hold, having the other party wait on the line.
To use this function:
During your conversation press "Flash" to place your current phone call on hold. Press "Flash" again to return to the conversation. |

| Call Forwarding |
By activating this function, your unanswered calls will go to a designated landline or cell number.
To use this function:
To activate Call Forwarding-Always:
 Listen for the dial tone, press "*" + 72.
 Key in the number you are forwarding your calls to.
 Activation will be confirmed with a short beep.
To deactivate Call Forwarding-Always:
Listen for the dial tone, press "*" + 73.
Deactivation will be confirmed with a short beep.
To activate Call Forwarding-No Answer:
Listen for the dial tone, press "*" + 92.
Key in the number you are forwarding your calls to.
Activation will be confirmed with a short beep.
To deactivate Call Forwarding-No Answer:
Listen for the dial tone, press "*" + 93.
Deactivation will be confirmed with a short beep.

| When you sign up for iTalkBB’s service, you can select an area code in your state that is local to where you live or select an area code in another state or country. That way, if someone in that state or country calls you, it will be a local call to them. |
