• Q. Why does the Wi-Fi always fail to connect during new device setup?

  

  A. Step 1, make sure to connect to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Avoid connecting to a 5G network. Step 2, check if the Wi-Fi name and password are entered correctly. If the Wi-Fi password contains “%”, it may cause setup failure.

• Q. Can I install the Aljia camera on other surfaces, like glass?

  

  A. Aljia cameras must be installed on solid surfaces such as walls, cement, bricks, or concrete.

• Q. What is the video monitoring range of the Aljia security camera?

  

  A. The optimal monitoring distance is between 5 to 25 feet (1.5 to 7.5 meters).

• Q. How long does it take to fully charge the camera? How long can it last when fully charged in continuous use?

  

  A. It takes about 10 hours to fully charge. When triggered an average of once every 5 minutes, it can be used continuously for up to 3 months. It is recommended to use the Aljia solar charging kit for uninterrupted, energy-saving operation.
