  You can complete all card application procedures in the United States and use it directly upon returning to mainland China.

• Q.Can I purchase the physical card separately?

  

  To ensure the best user experience, the physical card must be purchased and used together with the Prime APP. Please use the Prime APP in the United States, and use the mobile SIM card in China.

• Q.Where can China SIM cards be used?

  

  A.The iTalkBB China SIM card plan provides global coverage. In mainland China, the physical SIM card can be inserted and used directly. In other regions, services are accessible via the Prime App without any geographical restrictions.

• Q.What should I do if I need to return to China urgently?

  

  A.The activation process for physical SIM cards in China requires some time. New users can start using the service immediately after completing real-name verification. For existing users who wish to retain their original phone number, the SIM card typically becomes available for use starting from the 1st of the following month. If you need to return to China urgently before this date, you may consider switching to a new Chinese phone number or purchasing a separate China-Hong Kong-Macau travel data SIM card for interim use.

• Q.How can I use my China SIM card after returning to the United States?

  

  A.After you return to the United States, messages and calls sent to your China SIM card will be automatically received through the App. Please keep your physical card properly for future use when you return to China.
