| Policy for all cancellations in any circumstances: |

1. Customers have to call 1-877-482-5503 to cancel the service. |
|
2. All cancelling customers will be charged a Deactivation Fee of $99.00. This Deactivation Fee will be waived if customer sends the iTalkBB Phone Adapter to iTalkBB within 7 days after calling to terminate service. |
|
3. All refunds or fee waiver cannot be processed before the the iTalkBB Phone Adapter is well received by iTalkBB. |
|
4. All iTalkBB promotion bonuses do not have cash value. |
|
5. Toll charges** must be paid by customers and it is not refundable. |
|
6. After all charges are paid, if there is a positive balance left in customer's account, the positive balance will be refunded; if there is a negative balance left in the customer's account, the negative balance should be charged to customer's credit card. |

| For cancellations within 30 Day Trial Period |
|
| If total usage of service is less than 500 minutes during the trial period, iTalkBB will refund to customer the monthly fee and activation charges if applicable; if total usage of service is over 500 minutes during the trial period, iTalkBB will not refund the monthly fee. All cancelling customers will be charged a Deactivation Fee of $99.00. This Deactivation Fee will be waived if customer sends the iTalkBB Phone Adapter to iTalkBB within 7 days after calling to terminate service. |

| For Cancellation within contract period |

| If customer cancel iTalkBB Home Phone Service within their contract period, They will be charged for a $69.99 Early Termination fee plus the sum of all waived or discounted fees or charges. No monthly fees or Shipping/Handling fees will be refunded. All cancelling customers will also be charged a Deactivation Fee of $99.00. This Deactivation Fee will be waived if customer sends the iTalkBB Phone Adapter to iTalkBB within 7 days after calling to terminate service. |

| For Cancellation over contract period |

| Customer can cancel iTalkBB Serivce at any time after their contract period. No monthly fees or Shipping/Handling fees will be refunded. However all cancelling customers will be charged a Deactivation Fee of $99.00. This Deactivation Fee will be waived if customer sends the iTalkBB Phone Adapter to iTalkBB within 7 days after calling to terminate service. |
