The maximum load amount is limited to $2,500 per calendar week, and is subject to the availability of funds in your qualifying East West Bank checking or savings account. East West Bank does not charge a fee for access to Online Banking Services, but wireless carrier fees may apply. Check with your service provider for details.
4. The iTalkBB UnionPay Prepaid Card may be used only at UnionPay merchants located outside of the United States and is subject to merchant acceptance.
5. From time-to-time iTalkBB, China UnionPay and other third parties may make offers and benefits available to you in connection with your iTalkBB UnionPay Prepaid Card or related transaction activity. The terms and conditions of such offers and/or benefits will be disclosed at the time the offer and/or benefit is made available to you.
Eligibility for the UnionPay International Co. LTD (“UPI”) summer promotion VIP airport lounge benefit requires you to register your iTalkBB UnionPay Prepaid Card with the UPI SplendorPlus Card Program. Offer is valid from May 1, 2025 thru June 30, 2025 and is subject to change or termination by UPI at anytime without prior notice.
6. For purchases of 200 CNY or less, no foreign transaction fee will be charged. For purchases over 200 CNY, the 3% overseas (foreign) card transaction fee will be waived if payment is made using an iTalkBB UnionPay Prepaid Card that is linked to a WeChat Pay or Alipay wallet. The final fee rate may vary depending on market conditions. Subject to prior notification, waiver qualification requirements and limits may be changed at any time at the discretion of UnionPay International Co., LTD (“UPI”)
7. The 1% SplendorPlus Base Cash Rebate promotional offer from China UnionPay International Co., LTD (“UPI”) is available exclusively to iTalkBB UnionPay Prepaid Card (“Card”) cardholders, and is valid from January 22, 2025, through December 31, 2025, Beijing Time.
a. SplendorPlus Base Cash Rebate Promotional Offer: During the promotional period eligible cardholders will automatically receive a 1% base cash rebate on eligible transactions completed during the promotion period. Additional cash rebates may be offered by UPI during popular holidays, at their discretion.
b. Summer Cash Rebate Promotional Offer: During the 2025 summer cash rebate promotional offer period (starting April 15, 2025 through September 15, 2025, Beijing time) iTalkBB UnionPay Prepaid Card cardholders will automatically receive an additional 9% cash rebate on top of the 1% base cash rebate, for a total cash rebate of 10% on eligible transactions completed with their Card.
c. Eligible Transactions: For the purposes of this promotional offer, eligible transactions include Point of Sale (POS), E-Commerce and UnionPay QR Code Purchase transactions initiated with an iTalkBB UnionPay Prepaid Card within the Chinese Mainland and processed through the UnionPay Network.
d. Eligible Transaction Exclusions: Regardless of the eligible transaction type, the following transaction activity will be excluded from qualification for this offer:
• Transactions that are reversed, refunded or cancelled;
• Transactions generated through a prohibited Merchant Category Code (MCC) pursuant to UPI Regulations;
• Transactions that are deemed risky and/or non-compliant pursuant to UPI's Regulations;
• Transactions of a click farming behavior and/or that are otherwise deemed suspicious by UPI.
e. Cash Rebate Maximum Monthly Limit: Cash rebates are limited to a maximum amount of 500 CNY per eligible Card, per calendar month.
Note: Earned cash rebates will be credited to the eligible card as a USD amount. Cash rebate CNY to USD currency conversion rates will be determined solely by UPI.
f. Cash Rebate Processing Time: The cash rebate will be automatically credited by UPI to the eligible Card's balance within 5 calendar days after the posted transaction date.
