1.  iTalkBB is a communications company not a bank. Bank Products and Services are offered through East West Bank, Member FDIC.

2.  Your iTalkBB UnionPay Prepaid Card can only be loaded/reloaded by transferring available funds from a qualifying East West Bank checking or savings account. You must be enrolled in East West Bank's Online Banking Service to access this feature. The maximum load amount is limited to $2,500 per calendar week, and is subject to the availability of funds in your qualifying East West Bank checking or savings account. Refer to the iTalkBB UnionPay Prepaid Card Agreement and Disclosure and List of All Fees for more details.

3. Access to certain services and features (such as the iTalkBB digital wallet) requires iTalkBB Prime App service enrollment and is subject to additional iTalkBB Prime App service fees. Termination of iTalkBB Prime App enrollment will result in those services and features being unavailable.

4.The iTalkBB UnionPay Prepaid Card may be used only at UnionPay merchants located outside of the United States and is subject to merchant acceptance.

5. From time-to-time iTalkBB, China UnionPay and other third parties may make offers and benefits available to you in connection with your iTalkBB UnionPay Prepaid Card or related transaction activity. The terms and conditions of such offers and/or benefits will be disclosed at the time the offer and/or benefit is made available to you.

6. Applications for the iTalkBB UnionPay Prepaid Card Bundle are subject to review and approval by East West Bank and submission of an application does not guarantee that a Prepaid Card or Checking account will be opened for you. Availability of the iTalkBB UnionPay Prepaid Card Bundle may be limited based on your geographic location.

7. East West Bank does not charge a fee for access to Online Banking Services, but wireless carrier fees may apply. Check with your service provider for details.

8. For purchases of 200 CNY or less, no foreign transaction fee will be charged. For purchases over 200 CNY, the 3% overseas (foreign) card transaction fee will be waived if payment is made using an iTalkBB UnionPay Prepaid Card that is linked to a WeChat Pay or Alipay wallet. The final fee rate may vary depending on market conditions. Subject to prior notification, waiver qualification requirements and limits may be changed at any time at the discretion of UnionPay International Co., LTD (“UPI”).
