How to apply for the iTalkBB UnionPay Prepaid Card Bundle
Step 1: Purchase the Prime App and click on the wallet icon in the bottom right corner.
Step 2: Click the "Learn more and Apply" button to review the offer details, then click "Apply Now" to start your application.
Step 3: Provide your personal information (i.e. name, mobile number, email, etc.) and ID document.
Step 4: Review and accept the terms and conditions, then click "Submit" and wait for approval.5
Step 5: After approval, enroll in East West Bank's Online Banking Service to fund your new checking account. Then use their Transfer & Pay option to load funds to your iTalkBB UnionPay Prepaid Card.2,6
Step 6: Use the iTalkBB Prime App scan-to-pay option to start making payments with your virtual iTalkBB UnionPay Prepaid Card.3

2. Your iTalkBB UnionPay Prepaid Card can only be loaded/reloaded by transferring available funds from a qualifying East West Bank checking account. You must be enrolled in East West Bank's Online Banking Service to access this feature. The maximum load amount is limited to $2,500 per calendar week, and is subject to the availability of funds in your qualifying East West Bank checking account. Refer to the iTalkBB UnionPay Prepaid Card Agreement and Disclosure and List of All Fees for more details.
3. Access to certain services and features (such as the iTalkBB digital wallet) requires iTalkBB Prime service enrollment and is subject to additional iTalkBB Prime service fees. Termination of iTalkBB Prime enrollment will result in those services and features being unavailable.

From time-to-time iTalkBB, China UnionPay and other third parties may make offers and benefits available to you in connection with your iTalkBB UnionPay Prepaid Card or related transaction activity. 8. The SplendorPlus Cash Rebate promotional offer from China UnionPay International Co., LTD (“UPI”) is available exclusively to iTalkBB China UnionPay Prepaid Card (“Card”) cardholders, and is valid from January 22, 2025, through December 31, 2025, Beijing Time.
a. SplendorPlus Base Cash Rebate Offer: During the promotional period eligible cardholders will automatically receive a 1% base cash rebate on eligible transactions completed during the promotion period. Additional cash rebates may be offered by UPI during popular holidays, at their discretion.
b. Spring Festival Additional Cash Rebate Offer: During the 2025 Spring Festival (starting January 27, 2025 through February 26, 2025, Beijing Time), iTalkBB China UnionPay Prepaid Card cardholders will automatically receive an additional 4% cash rebate on top of the 1% base cash rebate, for a total cash rebate of 5% on eligible transactions completed with their Card during the Spring Festival promotion period.
c. Eligible Transactions: For the purposes of this promotional offer, eligible transactions include Point of Sale (POS), E-Commerce and UnionPay QR Code Purchase transactions initiated with an iTalkBB China UnionPay Prepaid Card within the Chinese Mainland and processed through the UnionPay Network.
d. Eligible Transaction Exclusions: Regardless of the eligible transaction type, the following transaction activity will be excluded from qualification for this offer:
• Transactions that are reversed, refunded or cancelled;
• Transactions conducted with your Card through third-party wallets such as Alipay and WeixinPay;
• Transactions generated through a prohibited Merchant Category Code (MCC) pursuant to UPI Regulations;
• Transactions that are deemed risky and/or non-compliant pursuant to UPI's Regulations;
• Transactions of a click farming behavior and/or that are otherwise deemed suspicious by UPI.
e. Cash Rebate Monthly Maximum Limit: Cash rebates are limited to a maximum amount of 1,000 CNY per eligible Card, per calendar month.
Note: Earned cash rebates will be credited to the eligible card as a USD amount. Cash rebate CNY to USD currency conversion rates will be determined solely by UPI.
f. Cash Rebate Processing Time: The cash rebate will be automatically credited by UPI to the eligible Card's balance within 5 calendar days after the posted transaction date.
