Will I receive a paper bill?
No. We will charge your credit card automatically every month. You don't need to wait for any paper bill and make payment by yourself.

How to check my account balance and usage?

How to update my credit card information?

To update your payment information, click the "Update" button next to your current credit card information. You can also call our 24/7 customer service line 1-800-248-255 for assistance.
 
What will happen if iTalkBB is not able to charge through my credit card?
If iTalkBB is not able to put a charge through your credit card, your service would be interrupted at any time. To avoid this situation, please update your credit card. If your account already has an overdue balance, please make the payment after you updated your credit card information.
 
What are the one-time charges when purchasing iTalkBB Home Phone?
iTalkBB does not charge for device deposit or device fee. When you sign up for the service, you only need to pay a Shipping and handling feeof $9.99 (If you order from an iTalkBB retail store or an authorized dealer store, you don't need to pay for shipping and handling fee), and an Activation fee of $29.99(if it applies). These charges could be waived based on different promotions.Click here to view our latest promotion.
 
Why do I have multiple charges on one monthly bill?
Here are some possibilities:
• For new customers, your credit card has been charged with activation fee and shipping and handling fee during sign up. When you use your iTalkBB Home Phone for the first time, the monthly fee is automatically charged. Therefore, you will see 2 charges on your credit card statement during the first month.
• If you have an unlimited calling plan, iTalkBB will make one charge at the beginning of the month which includes current monthly fee and international long distance charge from the previous month. Within the same billing cycle, if your long distance charge exceeds $30.00, your credit card will be automatically charged for $30.00 before the next billing cycle.
• If you do not have an unlimited calling plan, your credit card will be charged for $30.00 when the account is established. The $30.00 applies to all monthly fees, local, domestic long distance and international long distance charge. When the balance falls below $5.00, your credit card will be automatically charged again to bring the balance back to $30.00.
 
What are my monthly recurring costs?
Your recurring monthly charges include the monthly fee of the iTalkBB service plan you have subscribed and the toll charges from previous month (if any).
