When you sign up for the service, you only need to pay a Shipping and handling feeof $9.99 (If you order from an iTalkBB retail store or an authorized dealer store, you don't need to pay for shipping and handling fee), and an Activation fee of $29.99(if it applies). How much time it usually takes to ship the device to me?
You will receive an email confirmation from us if you signed up successfully. It usually takes 3-5 business days for us to send the device to you.

After installation, please use your iTalkBB Home Phone to call your mobile phone or other phone with caller ID feature. You will then see your number from it. Or you can click here to log in to your account with your iTalkBB 899 Number on your device (What is 899 Number?),and on the "Account Info" page you can find your phone number.
If you've applied to transfer your number, before the process is completed, this number is your temporary phone number. After your number has been successfully transferred to iTalkBB, your phone number will be the number you transferred, and the temporary number will cease to be effective.
 
What is the 899 Number of iTalkBB Home Phone? What can I do with this number?
The 899 Number is your internal number of iTalkBB Home Phone. You can see this number on your iTalkBB Home Phone Adaptor.Click here for visual illustration. This number provides convenience to you in the following ways:

As long as there is internet access, you can use iTalkBB Home Phone service. iTalkBB Home Phone provides area codes for almost anywhere in Australia. But if you can't find your area code upon signup, here are other options for you.
You can choose an area code for a region close to you, or any area code in the country you like. The area code will not affect your calling rates. You may also transfer your existing number to your iTalkBB Home Phone.Click here for more details.
 
How to manage my account online? What is my user name and password?
Log in to your iTalkBB account with your user name and password. Your user name is your iTalkBB Home Phone 899 Number shown on your iTalkBB Home Phone Adaptor (What is 899 Number?). A temporary password will be sent to your registered email address when you log in to your account the first time.

Can I change my iTalkBB Home Phone plan anytime I want?
You can change your iTalkBB Home Phone plan anytime. You can upgrade your plan anytime or downgrade your plan within the 30 days trial period at no cost. If you are in a contract, a $50 downgrading fee will apply when you downgrade your plan after the 30 days trial period. If you are not in any contract, you can change your plan anytime at no cost.
 
Can I cancel iTalkBB Home Phone at anytime I want?
In order to let you try our service with no worries, iTalkBB Home Phone offers you a 30 days money back guarantee. Within 30 days of your purchase, you can cancel the service and get a full refund hassle-free (except for the shipping and handling fee) if you use within 500 minutes. After 30 days, if you want to cancel our service within contractual period, a $100 early termination fee will apply. If you are a non-contract plan customer, or your contract has expired, you can cancel at any time with no charges.
