iTalkBB offers 30 days Money Back Guarantee Trial Period. The Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable. Monthly fee will not be refunded to customers using 500 or more minutes during Trial Period. The Money Back Guarantee refund does not apply to toll charges. For contract plan, after Trial Period, an early termination fee of $69.99 plus the sum of all waived or discounted fees or promotional discount will be charged for cancellation within contract period. Applicable regulatory fees, surcharges and taxes may apply. All cancelling customers will also be charged a Deactivation Fee of $99.00. This Deactivation Fee will be waived if customer sends the iTalkBB Phone Adapter to iTalkBB within 7 days after calling to terminate service.

Unless Customer purchases iTalk Small Business Plan, Customer acknowledges that he or she has purchased residential services and features under one of iTalk's plan offerings ("Plan") for Customer's personal, residential, non-business and non-professional use. Subject to our Terms of Service.
