How can I pick up call forwards from China if I don't have sufficient local minutes?
You can choose to forward calls via iTalkBB APP, then your calls will be forwarded when you are connecting to Wi-Fi or using data.
How can I make international phone call in Canada?
In Canada, you can login to iTalkBB APP and choose whether using your local minute, Wi-Fi or data to make the international phone call.
Can I use my current China mobile number for this plan?
No, it is simply because the carriers in China do not support this feature, so we will distribute a new number to you so you can use it anytime when you go back to China.
Can I change my China SIM number?
When you were in sign up process, we would have a dozen of numbers for your selection. However, you are not allowed change it once your sign up is completed.
Can I pay to custom-made my own number?
No, but when you were in signup process, we would have a dozen of numbers for your selection.
What is the different from contract and non-contract plan?
The term of any contract plans is 12 months duration, you will get a free 15 Days China Travel Plan (includes 3GB Data and unlimited Talk & Text).
In Canada, can I receive/send SMS from/to China?
In Canada, you can receive and reply SMS through iTalkBB APP.
Can I process the SMS verification with China SIM number in Canada?
Yes, you have to use China SIM number in China or Canada local number in Canada in order to process the SMS verification.
What is China Travel Plan? How to get it?
China Travel Plan is a top up plan for iTalkBB customers to use in China. iTalkBB customers get one free China Travel Plan every 12 month. The plan is valid for 15 days with unlimited talk, text and 3GB. Exceeding data is $3/300MB.
After I activated a China Travel Plan, can I login iTalkBB APP via two separate devices?
No, once you login iTalkBB with your China SIM number, it will automatically log out your Canada number account, vice versa. You can only either login with your China SIM number or your Canada number.
What payment methods does iTalkBB accept?
In order to ensure your payment security, we only accept credit cards, including Visa, Master and American Express.
What are the one-time charges when purchasing iTalkBB China SIM?
When you sign up for the service, you only need to pay a connection fee of $10 and shipping fee of $9.99 (If you order from an iTalkBB retail store or an authorized dealer store, you don't need to pay for shipping and handling fee).
Does iTalkBB China SIM has any Compliance Fees and Charges?
We only have a one –time charge and monthly payment for iTalkBB China SIM.
Will I be charged if I lost my iTalkBB China SIM?
To replace your iTalkBB China SIM, you will be charge for a SIM card fee of $10, if you required shipping, you will need to pay $9.99 for shipping fee.
When will my contract start?
The contact will start once it activates. Your contract will be activated once:
> Automatically activated on the Sixth day after you sign up.
> Login your iTalkBB APP and make your first call.
Will the price change after the contract end?
No.
How long is the contract term for iTalkBB China SIM?
Contract term of iTalkBB China SIM is 12 months. Cancellation within contract period will be charged Early Termination Fee in the amount of $49.99.
How to view my bills online？
Click here to log in to your account. Go to "Bill & Payments" on the top menu bar to check your bill details and balance.
How can I manage my account and service? What is my user name and password?
Log in to your iTalkBB account with your user name and password. When you sign up your service at our store or via call centre, our customer service representative will ask for a user name that you wish to use. A temporary password will be sent to your registered email address when you log in to your account the first time.
You can reset your password anytime under "Settings" in your online account. For online application, you can input your user name and password at our sign up page. Meanwhile, you can also use your iTalkBB China SIM number or your Canada mobile phone number as your user name.
