About Your iTalkBB Mobile Plan

"U.S. and China SIM Cards” Plan

Users with the “China and U.S. SIM cards” plan have unlimited local call and text in China and the U.S.

> SIM card fee: $10/U.S. SIM card, $ 10/China SIM card; China card service fee: $12/year

> Users can enjoy unlimited calls, unlimited texts and high-speed data in both the U.S. and China. For example: If you have 5GB of high-speed data per month, you will use up to 5GB in high speed data in both the U.S. and China.

> Your U.S. and China phone SIM card are one-to- one binding. When you are in the United States, the call to your China number will automatically be transferred to your U.S. number; when you are in China, the call to your U.S. number will automatically be transferred to your China number. No matter which SIM card you use, you will not miss any incoming calls to another card, and the caller only needs to pay as local calls.

No Contract

All iTalkBB mobile plans operate without a contract. You can choose to change or cancel your iTalkBB Mobile plan at any time.

Transfer/Port-in Your Number to iTalkBB

New and existing users can easily transfer your existing mobile numbers to the mobile network of iTalkBB.

How to transfer/port-in your number

  • You will need to provide the following information:

    > The Mobile Number you want to transfer

    > The account ID of your current mobile carrier (usually can be found on your mobile bill or invoice)

    > The PIN number of your current mobile carrier account (usually 4 or 6 digits number)

    > The address and zip code you provided to your current mobile carrier

  • Choose from the following ways to keep your original number:

    > Call us at 1-855-482-5566

    > Visit any iTalkBB retail store

    If you are not sure about the above information, you can contact your current mobile carriers for details.

  • After submitting the application, iTalkBB will send you a SIM card. After receiving the new phone card, please call us at1-855-482-5566 to link your iTalkBB mobile plan with your original phone number. While your mobile phone number is in the process of porting to iTalkBB, please note:

    > Your previous SIM card may still receive incoming calls and texts before your number is successfully transferred to iTalkBB mobile service. Once the number transfer process completed, you can start to use iTalkBB Mobile services right away.

    > In most cases, the phone number transfer process will be completed within 2 hours. If you want to check your number transfer/port-in request status, please call us at 1-855-482-5566.

    > In most cases, the phone number transfer process will be completed within 24 hours. If you want to check your number transfer/port request status, please call us at 1-855-482-5566.

    Note: The mobile number transfer process utilizes the information provided by the user. iTalkBB contacts the user’s current mobile operator to keep the original phone number. Therefore, the information the user provides to iTalkBB must be exactly the same as the information on the user’s account with their current mobile operator. If the information does not match, we will not be able to complete the transfer process. Please do not cancel your current mobile plan before the transfer process is completed as your phone number will be revoked by your current mobile operator if you do so and we will not be able to transfer it. Moreover, we recommend that you keep a copy of the bill from your current mobile operator. The password for your current mobile operator may be different from the password for your online account or voicemail. If you cannot remember the password for your current mobile operator, you can contact your current mobile operator with the information on your bill.

If you fail to transfer/port-in to iTalkBB

Possible causes:

> Your phone number has been revoked or cannot be connected

> The phone number you provided is a home phone number

> The phone number you provided is an international telephone number

> The phone number you provided is a commercial number

> Certain phone numbers from small communication companies may not be eligible to be transferred

> The information you provided is incorrect


If you fail to transfer your phone number to iTalkBB, you can choose a new number from iTalkBB Mobile.

About Your Order

Make an Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email including your order details, shipping information, your new phone number, your online account name and password.

Track Your Order

You can track your order with the tracking number provided in the order confirmation email. You can also check your order status in your online account.

Cancel Your Order

After you place a payment and submit your order request, the order cannot be canceled. However, since your iTalkBB Mobile plan has no contract, you can cancel your iTalkBB Mobile service at any time after receiving the order.

About Shipping Time

Shipping time depends on your address. The standard shipping time is about 2-5 business days. If you have not received your order after two weeks, please call us at 1-855-482-5566. Our professional customer service staff will assist you with any questions regarding your order.

Need a New SIM Card

If your SIM card is damaged or missing, we will provide you a new SIM Card at no charge for the first request. (You only need to pay the shipping cost). After the first request, there will be both a card fee and a shipping fee to replace your damaged or missing SIM card.

Find Your Account ID

Log in to your online account, and check your account ID.

If you fail to log in to your account, please call us at 1-855-482-5566, or visit us at any iTalkBB retail store. Our professional customer service staff are ready to help.

Network Connection Failure

When you use mobile services within areas that are covered by 3G, 4G, or 4G LTE networks, your mobile phone will automatically search for the best network connection. When the phone has successfully connected to the 3G, 4G or 4G LTE network, 3G, 4G, H or 4G LTE will appear at the upper left corner or upper right corner of your phone.

If your mobile phone fails to connect to a network, please check the following:

> Your mobile phone supports 3G, 4G, or 4G LTE networks

> Your phone has been updated to the latest software version

> There is a mobile network in your area

> You've restarted your phone

> Your SIM card is inserted properly into the device

> You've tried manually searching for a network

> Other iTalkBB 3G, 4G, or 4G LTE mobile devices are working properly in your area

If you are still unable to connect to a mobile network, please visit an iTalkBB retail store or call us at 1-855-482-5566. Our professional customer service staff will be able to assist you with any questions.

Unable to Make or Receive Calls

> If your mobile phone has no signal, please refer to Network Connection Failure

> You have paid all outstanding bills

> Turn off your cell phone for 5 seconds and then restart it

> Remove SIM card and reload it again

Unable to Dial a Specific Number

> If you are using a third-party application or dialing software (such as Google Voice, etc.), please exit the application and try your call again

> If you are dialing an international number, please make sure you have enabled the international calling features and you are calling with the correct country code

> Try turning off your cell phone for 5 seconds and then restarting it

> If the problem occurs only when dialing a specific number, please redial this number in the call dialing interface rather than from the recent calls interface

> Try using a different phone to dial the number to see if the call can be connected

> If all of the above methods fail, please try to contact the operator of that number as there may be a problem with their telephone number;

Poor Audio Quality on Calls

Please check the following:

> Your phone has at least 2 bars of signal

> Don’t cover the microphone when you're making calls

> Your phone has no special casing or protective film; if there is special casing or a protective film, please remove it and try again

> You use your mobile phone without headphones (wired or wireless); if the problem occurs only when you use headphones, then the poor call quality may be due to your headphones

> You are not using the speaker function

> Turn off your cell phone for 5 seconds and then restart it to see if that resolves the problem

> Remove the SIM card and insert it again

Suspend & Restore Service

In situations where you have lost your device or it's been stolen, you can suspend your iTalkBB Mobile service. Please call call us at 1-855-482-5566, and our professional customer service staff will assist you with your request.

If you miss your payment due date, your phone service will be suspended immediately. If you do not make payment within 45 days, your account will be cancelled permanently and your phone number will not be retained.

While your service is suspended:

> You cannot make or receive calls, send or receive texts, or use any data services

> You can still make emergency calls to 911
