Change Your Account Name

After placing your order and logging in with the temporary account name and password given by iTalkBB, you can change your account name to any of the following:

> The account name you set when you registered your iTalkBB account

> The phone number you set when you registered your iTalkBB account

> Your iTalkBB 10-digit home phone number, for example: 6261234567

> Your 899 iTalkBB home phone number or 699 Chinese TV number. Your 899 number can be found on your iTalkBB phone box as shown below:

Update Your Account Information

You can easily update your account information after logging into your online account. Just follow the steps below:

> Log in to your online account

Please note: For first time users, login information is included in your order confirmation email. If you have not received this email, please contact us. If this is not your first time logging into your online account, please use the username and password that was setup after the first login.

> Click "Account & Bill" in the menu at the top of the page, then click "Update Account Info" in the "Account Profile" section to update your account information (address, email, contact number, etc.).

Forgot Your Password

If you forget your password, please contact us. Our professional customer service staff will verify your identity and either retrieve your password or help you reset it.

Suspend Your Account

Suspend your account for a certain period of time: You can suspend your account by contacting us.

Account suspended due to unpaid bills (iTalkBB Mobile only): If iTalkBB fails to charge your credit card on your billing day, your phone service will be suspended immediately. If you do not pay your bill for more than 45 days, your account will be revoked.

Cancel Your Account

There are no contract limitations for iTalkBB users. We hope to provide you with high-quality service that satisfies your needs! If you wish to cancel your service for any reason, please contact us. Our professional customer service staff are ready to help.

About Refer a Friend

With our Refer a Friend Program, you will be rewarded for bringing a friend or family member over to iTalkBB. The individual you refer also earns a reward - it's a win-win situation! Learn more about Refer a Friend.

How to Refer

To refer a friend, clickhere and enter your friend’s email address. iTalkBB will send them a sign-up email. If the person you refer signs up for iTalkBB's services through the email link and retains the service for over 30 days, both of you are eligible for rewards. Alternatively, if your friend purchases the service online, in-store, or over the phone, he/she only needs to enter or give your 899 number to the representative in order to earn rewards for the both of you.

How Referral Credits Work

Referral credits can be used to pay for your monthly service plan and any add-on features you choose. Login to your account, click “Rewards” in the menu bar at the top of the page, and navigate to the “Reward Management” page to redeem your credits.

How to Receive a Reward

The number of people you refer will be calculated each calendar month. Once the number of referrals meets the amount required by the program and they retain the service for over 30 days, we will begin processing your reward gift. It will take 15 business days to deliver from the date your reward request begins to process.

Check Your Bill

iTalkBB allows you to easily manage your billing statements by logging into your account online. After logging in, click "Billing Information" in the menu at the top of the page to view your latest bill.

If you want to check previous billing statements, click "Billing Information" in the menu at the top of the page, then go into "Billing History" to access your bills for the last 6 months.

Read Your Bill

Billing period: After account activation, the following 30 days will be regarded as one billing period.

Payment: You will not need to make the payment manually after receiving your bill.

We will automatically collect your plan's monthly fee for the next month and the additional service charges incurred for the prior month on your payment date.

Using Both iTalkBB Mobile Services and iTalkBB Home Phone Services

After activating iTalkBB Mobile services, we will charge your mobile service from the date of activation to the end of your regular home phone billing period. The next month's period will be the same as your regular home phone billing period.

Payment Methods

We only accept debit and credit card payments, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Payment Date

The service cycle is every 30 days, with the date on which your account was activated as the starting date of your billing period. The 30 days following the starting date are regarded as one billing period. We will automatically collect your plan's monthly fee for the next month and the additional service charges incurred for the prior month on your payment date.

Payment Failed

If iTalkBB fails to charge your debit or credit card, your service will be suspended. Any remaining balance in the account is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another account. To avoid suspension or revocation of your account, please keep your credit card information up to date. If there is already an unpaid bill on your account, please make payment on the bill after updating your credit card information. Pay your bills now? You can choose to log into your account online, or contact our 24/7 support service to make a payment.

In addition to the product plan's monthly fee for the next billing period and the extra service charges that may arise from the previous account period, iTalkBB will collect the following fees based on your service:

> Taxes: Specific fees are based on your local tax rate

> Shipping Fee: The specific fee depends on your product and mailing method

If you are an iTalkBB Home Phone subscriber, in addition to the product plan’s monthly fee, you may see the following charges included in your bill:

> Applicable Regulatory/Compliance Fees and Charges: iTalkBB collects these payments to pay federal and state government agencies, third-party companies for corresponding calling services, including emergency call fees to 911 service providers, use of local and international public telephone networks, intellectual property fees, number fees and legal fees related to regulatory issues. The applicable Regulatory/Compliance Fee is $3.95/Month per phone number. If you are an annual plan user, you will pay this fee for one year at a time when you sign up.

> Sales Tax: In states where this is a sales tax requirement, iTalkBB will collect this tax from the customer and pay it to the relevant state or local government.

> State and Local Government 911 Charges: iTalkBB will collect this fee from the customer and pay it to the relevant state or local government.

Reinstatement Fee

Applicable in the following situations:

  • If the user fails to pay their bill, the account will be suspended immediately; the user needs to apply for account recovery within 45 days and pay arrears and account recovery fees (arrears of more than 45 days will cause the account to be canceled and the phone number to be surrendered; the account can no longer be restored).

  • If the user requests that the account be suspended and then later restored, an account recovery fee/reinstatement fee will be assessed on the account.
