Door/Window Contact Sensor Consists of two parts: one installed on the door or window frame, and the other on the door or window itself. When the door or window is opened, the sensor triggers an alarm signal.
Motion and Light sensor It monitors motion by detecting changes in infrared radiation within the surveillance area. When an object moves within the sensor's range, it detects changes in infrared radiation intensity, thereby triggering an alarm signal.
Bluetooth Gateway As a bridge for signal connection, it converts Bluetooth signals into other types, such as Wi-Fi, enabling the door sensor device to remotely transmit real-time triggers to your phone.

Home Modes
When this mode is activated, the security system is usually at its lowest alert level. This means all intrusion detection features are active, but internal motion sensors are typically turned off to prevent false alarms due to movement within the home. For example, alarms will be triggered if doors or windows are opened, but movement between rooms by people in the house won’t cause an alarm
Away Modes
Away mode is the security setting used when all family members are not at home. In this mode, the system activates all sensor alarm functions, making it the highest level of security
Disarmed Modes
Disarmed mode means turning off most or all monitoring and alarm functions. This mode is suitable when family members are at home and do not require security surveillance.
Multi-layer Alarm Alerts
No matter where you are, if there's any activity at home, the system will instantly alert you with a pop-up notification on the APP about potential risks.
Unable to respond in time? The alarm will sound immediately, followed by a phone call. Continuous all-rounded warning, to establish multiple layers of protection for you.
First Level Alert
Entering alarm status triggers an APP notification.
When the Away Mode is activated, the system enters a vigilant state. In this mode, if a door/window is opened or any motion is detected by the motion sensor, the system immediately enters alarm status and sends an APP notification to the user.
Second Level Alert
The camera will sound a loud alarm to alert intruders.
In alarm status, if the user does not respond to the intrusion notification within 30 seconds, the camera linked with the sensor will sound a loud to alert intruders.
Third Level Alert
Dial the user's designated phone number up to 3 times with voice reminders.
If the user has not deactivated the alarm within 90 seconds through the APP, the system will dial the user's designated phone number up to 3 times with voice reminders

A. Currently, the alarm system is sold as a set and cannot be split into individual components.

Q. The signal on my door sensor always shows negative. Is there a problem with the device?
A. If you are receiving timely and accurate notifications and alarm alerts from the device, it means the device is functioning correctly.
Q. What is the detection range of the motion sensor?
A. When installed according to standard procedures, with the motion sensor slightly angled downward at a height of 2.2 meters from the ground, the detection range can reach up to 7 meters, covering a fan-shaped area with this distance as the radius.
Q. Can't find the buttons and indicators on the motion sensor?
A. The buttons and indicators of the motion sensor are inside the device. You need to twist open the device's back cover, where the blue component inside is the button, and you need to manually remove the battery insulation tab before installation.
Q. Common device troubleshooting
a.Ensure you have manually installed the battery in the door and window sensor.
b.Ensure you have found the internal button on the motion sensor and removed the insulation tab.
c.Ensure your firmware is updated to the latest version. In the Aijia App, go to Devices: if a red dot appears next to the device icon, your firmware needs to be updated.
d.Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
e.Ensure your Aijia App is the latest version.
Q. Why can't I find the corresponding camera recordings when the sensor is triggered in away mode?
Go to the Aijia App - Records - Video Records - Trigger Records: select the "Emergency Records" option to view.
