Accountant (Chinese Mandarin Bilingual)

This Accountant position will assist in the day-to-day activities of the Accounting/Finance department. The accountant will assist manager with monthly close activities. The position requires individual who is highly competent in organization and prioritizing tasks while staying committed to delivering quality work and meeting deadlines.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Prepare account receivables and account payables journal entries on a monthly basis.
  • Record customer check deposits and make bank deposits.
  • Process and prepare customer refund checks.
  • Maintain credit card chargeback accounts and process chargebacks.
  • Prepare daily cash reports for all banking activities.
  • Manage regular cash disbursements process with supervisors.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
  • 2-4 years of Accounting experience required in the office setting
  • Computer skills, with emphasis on Microsoft office
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects/requests and operate independently with minimum daily supervision
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin. Excellent verbal and written skills in both languages
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Technical Support Specialist (Chinese Mandarin Bilingual)

The Technical Support Specialist position is responsible for providing technical solutions to Tier 1 Customer Service Representatives and directly to customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within and outside the customer service department.

Your main focus will be on our exciting new mobile product. Knowledge of mobile phone service and handsets will be a large plus. When Tier 1 has tried standard support policies for customers, and there are still issues, they will escalate to you. You will be expected to use your best judgment and identify repeated problems as possible software bugs. Your job is to resolve problems too complicated for Tier 1 using tools we build to your specifications.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to trouble tickets that have been escalated by Tier 1, responding quickly and taking ownership;
  • Work directly with customers trying to leave their old carrier to ensure rapid transfer over to us;
  • Resolve complex problems by researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions and adding to knowledgebase;
  • Fulfills requests requiring 2nd level approval; use best judgment in giving customer refunds or bonuses;
  • Identify problem patterns and involve other departments to determine root cause;
  • Maintains call center database by entering information;
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities;
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments;
  • Occasional coverage for off hour requests on a scheduled rotation;
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required. A Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and comfortable in English.
  • Help desk experience is a plus.
  • EXCELLENT skills dealing with people.
  • Proficiency with computer applications.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.

We are looking for a Chinese Mandarin Bilingual graphic designer to join our team! The graphic and web designer is responsible for creating and maintaining print and digital designs to deliver the branding and marketing messages. This position will primarily work with members of our Marketing, Branding, Sales, and Oversea Designing teams. The ideal candidates should be strategic and result-driven who wants to take the Graphic design to the next level. Major Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership and collaborate with key stakeholders to develop creative designs that meet the needs of Marketing, Branding and Sales divisions.
  • Develop and produce high-quality, on brand, scalable graphic solutions in both digital and print projects in a timely manner.
  • Design online advertising banners and layouts for websites, social media graphics, marketing promotion campaign materials, sales support flyers and signage, and a variety of projects that align with marketing requirements
  • Provide design maintenance of all websites and other electronic materials.
  • Analyze marketing challenges, ensure the marketing messages stays compelling, relevant, on-trend, and creative.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to understand objectives, provide accurate and timely updates, and deliver creative alternatives.
  • Interact with overseas designing team and local suppliers
  • Oversee and coordinate external print vendors; communicate and resolve any production or quality issues
  • Support other departments in graphic design requests and offer design recommendations if needed.
  • Continually research brand competitive environment, industry best practices and marketing trends
  • Performs other related duties and assignments as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in design or related field
  • 5+ years of applied graphic and print and digital design experience
  • Hands-on experience with strong portfolios
  • Highly proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and experience in other designing software such as Adobe Creative Suite preferred
