How long does it take to activate service?
It takes minimum of 7 business days and sometime as long as 15 days, to activate the service after payment has been received
 
Do I need to be home on the day of activation of my new service?

DOCSIS (Data over Cable Service Interface Specification) is the standard technology used by all cable modems.
 
Can I use my own modem since I register iTalkBB High Speed Cable service?
Sorry, you have to use iTalkBB High Speed modem for the service; we have two options for you select, please see our plans details.
 
I can't connect to the Internet from some of computers on my network
If your network problem exists on only some computers on your network, but other computers can still connect to the Internet, then the problem lies with the configuration of the computers that are experiencing problems. To troubleshoot, follow the steps below for each computer that cannot connect to the Internet: Step 1 - Restart Your Computer
Restart your computer as you normally would.
When your computer has restarted, open Internet Explorer and try to visit some websites. If you connect, that's great! You're all finished! If you can't, continue below:
Step 2 - Check Your Cable Connections
If you are troubleshooting a wired connection, ensure that the Ethernet cable is securely connected to the computer at one end, and the router or hub at the other. When the cable is properly connected, lights will illuminate on the front of the router or hub, and beside the Ethernet port on the back of the computer.
Open Internet Explorer and try to visit some websites. If you connect, that's great! You're all finished! If you can't, continue below
