With iTalkBB's secure account management site, you can easily view or print your bills. to log in to your account (Don't know how to log in? Click here for instructions). Go to "Bill & Payments" on the top menu bar to check your bill details.
 
Will I receive a paper bill?
No. We will charge your credit card automatically every month. You don't need to wait for any paper bill and make payment by yourself. View your bills by logging in to your iTalkBB Account (Don't know how to log in? Click here for instructions).
 
How to view my bills online?

How to check my account balance and usage?

What payment methods does iTalkBB accept?
In order to ensure your payment security, we only accept credit cards, including Visa, Master, American Express and Discover.
 
How to update my credit card information?
Click here to log in to your account (Don't know how to log in? Click here for instructions). Go to "Account Information" under "Settings" on the top menu bar. To update your payment information, click the "Update" button next to your current credit card information. You can also call our 24/7 customer service line 1-877-482-5503 for assistance.
 
What will happen if iTalkBB is not able to charge through my credit card?
If iTalkBB is not able to put a charge through your credit card, your service would be interrupted at any time. To avoid this situation, please update your credit card. If your account already has an overdue balance, please make the payment after you updated your credit card information.
 
What are the one-time charges when purchasing iTalkBB Home Phone?
iTalkBB does not charge for device deposit or device fee. When you sign up for the service, you only need to pay a Shipping and handling feeof $9.99 (If you order from an iTalkBB retail store or an authorized dealer store, you don't need to pay for shipping and handling fee), and an Activation fee of $29.99. Why do I have multiple charges on one monthly bill?
Here are some possibilities:
• For new customers, your credit card has been charged with activation fee and shipping and handling fee during sign up. When you use your iTalkBB Home Phone for the first time, the monthly fee and "Applicable Regulatory/Compliance Fees and Charges" for the first month is automatically charged. Therefore, you will see 2 charges on your credit card statement during the first month.
• For all the unlimited calling plan customers, iTalkBB will make one charge at the beginning of the month which includes current monthly fee, "Applicable Regulatory/Compliance Fees and Charges", and international long distance charges from the previous month(if any).
 
What is the Applicable Regulatory/Compliance Fees and Charges?
The Applicable Regulatory/Compliance Fees and Charges is an additional charge above the basic monthly service fee. It includes porting cost, E911 charges, System Access Fee, HST paid to service and equipment providers, Do Not Call Cost, DID cost and other related regulatory fees which are collected by iTalkBB and paid over to related government departments. Unlike some other telecom companies changing the said fees and charges item by item, we charge a very low flat rate with all inclusive. For all iTalkBB Global Unlimited Plan customers, a flat rate of $3.88/month per phone line applies; for all iTalkBB Canada Unlimited Plan customers, a flat rate of $2.88/month per phone line applies.

What are my monthly recurring costs?
Your recurring monthly charges include the monthly fee of the iTalkBB service plan you have subscribed, the Applicable Regulatory/Compliance Fees and Charges, and the toll charges from previous month (if any).
 
How are the Applicable Regulatory/Compliance Fees and Charges calculated?
For all iTalkBB Canada Unlimited Plan customers, a flat rate of $2.88/month per phone line applies. In your iTalkBB account, your monthly charges and the Applicable Regulatory/Compliance Fees and Charges are shown as two separate charges, whereas they are shown as a total that is charged to your credit card on your credit card statement.
