do iTalkBB handle monthly bill? |
|
You monthly statement is available online under your account management page.
If you have an unlimited calling plan, iTalkBB will make one charge at the beginning of the month which includes current monthly fee, "APPLICABLE REGULATORY RECOVERY FEES, CHARGES AND TAXES", and international long distance charge from the previous month. Within one billing cycle, if your long distance charge exceeds $20.00, your credit card will be automatically charged for $20.00 before the next billing cycle. (This does not apply to Global Plan users. For all Global Unlimited Plan subscribers, your monthly fee will be automatically charged on the credit card provided. you will be charged for the monthly fee and "APPLICABLE REGULATORY RECOVERY FEES, CHARGES AND TAXES" only.)
If you do not have an unlimited calling plan, your
credit card will be charged for $20.00 when the
account is established. The $20.00 applies to all
monthly fees, "APPLICABLE REGULATORY RECOVERY FEES, CHARGES AND TAXES", local, domestic long distance and
international long distance charge. When the balance
falls below $5.00, your credit card will be automatically
charged again to bring the balance back to $20.00. |

do I check call details and balance? |

| Online statement with calling details is available for all users at anytime. iTalkBB does not send out traditional statement through mail; online statement is printable. When your account is established, you will be asked to provide your information including the credit card information for payment. All information is secure and confidential; it is only being viewed by you and our billing department. This payment method is simple, easy and fast compared with traditional method through the mail. |

do I have multiple charges on one monthly bill?

are some possibilities: |

For new customers, your credit card has been charged with activation fee and shipping and handling fee during sign up. When you use your iTalkBB service for the first time, the monthly fee and "APPLICABLE REGULATORY RECOVERY FEES, CHARGES AND TAXES" for the first month is automatically charged. Therefore, you will see 2 charges on your credit card statement during the first month.
If you have an
unlimited calling plan, iTalkBB will make

| If you wish to change your credit
card information, you make log on to our website
at www.italkbb.com
and up date your information in your account management
page. |

| What will happen if iTalkBB is not able to charge through my credit card? |
|
If iTalkBB is not able to put a charge through your credit card, your service will be disconnected at any time. To avoid your telephone service from being interrupted, please update your credit card information if there is a change.
If for some reason, iTalkBB is unable to apply charges to your credit card, to avoid interruption of your service, or possible collections, we would like you to fill out the [Charge Authorization Form - click to download] sign and fax it to 1-800-872-2059 or 1-512-637-1451. After receiving your completed form, iTalkBB will apply the agreed amount to your credit card. |

| What is the Regulatory Recovery Fee? |
| The iTalkBB service Regulatory Recovery Fee is an additional charge over and above the basic fee for your iTalkBB service. iTalkBB uses this fee to pay our regulatory-related fees and expenses, including taxes, number portability charges, and related legal fees. |

| How much is the iTalkBB service Regulatory Recovery Fee? |
| The iTalkBB service regulatory recovery fee is $2.95 per phone number per month. |

| Why hasn’t iTalkBB service charged regulatory recovery fee in the past? |
| iTalkBB makes every effort to provide its customers with most reliable and lowest cost telecommunications services possible. Nevertheless, we must also comply with applicable laws. As results, the $2.95 regulatory fee will be billed to the customer effective 2/15/2009. |

| What taxes are included in the "Regulatory recovery fees, charges and taxes"? |
| State and local governments may assess taxes, surcharges, or fees, or all of these, on your use of our service. These charges may be a flat fee or a percentage of your iTalkBB charges and may change without notice. These amounts are in addition to the payment for your service or devices. The amount of these charges is determined by the customer’s billing address. In order to simplify these regulatory charges for its customers, iTalkBB charges a $2.95 monthly flat fee in an amount calculated and periodically adjusted to cover all regulatory fees, surcharges and communications taxes iTalkBB is required to pay in order to provide its services to its customers. |

| What are my monthly recurring costs? |
| Your recurring monthly charges will include the monthly fee of the iTalkBB service plan you have chosen, as well as a $2.95 flat fee for the "APPLICABLE REGULATORY RECOVERY FEES, CHARGES AND TAXES". |

| How is the taxes calculated? |
For new customers:
Monthly plan customers are to be charged on monthly basis along with service fees each month. The $2.95 flat fee will appear as a separate item from service charges in the iTalkBB statement. However, it will only show the total of these two amounts in customer’s credit card statement.
Annual plan customers are to be charged upon signup.
For existing customers:
Monthly plan customers will be charged on monthly basis. The $2.95 flat fee will appear as a separate item from service charges in the iTalkBB statement. The $2.95 flat fee will be assessed starting from the first billing cycle after the cut-off date.
Annual plan customers will be charged on monthly basis at the start of each monthly cycle*. The $2.95 flat fee will be assessed for all remaining months until the renewal date. Upon renewal, the 12 months flat fee will be charged at once. |
