Program

iTalk Global Communications, Inc. ("iTalkBB") has partnered with the Brooklyn Nets to award grants to students who show significant perseverance in sports activities. The total amount of the grant is $10,000. Our mission is to empower youth to channel their passions of sports and achieve their dreams by providing meaningful resources and experiences through this program.

Applicants must submit all the materials by February 28th, 2017

Select winners will receive their scholarship reward during an iTalkBB player meet and greet.

Eligibility

• You must be a legal resident of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, between 1st grade and current undergraduates, located in the United States.
• Proof of residency within 150 miles of Barclays Center.
• You are currently enrolled in an accredited elementary school, middle school, high school or university, or enrolled in an extra-curricular sport activities program.
• If you are a minor, you'll need the written consent from a parent or legal guardian to participate.
• You must have a code from iTalkBB when applying. iTalkBB will send out two codes to its customers through emails.

• Current school transcripts or proof that you are currently enrolled as a student
• All applications will be in English only

Optional

• You can also attach other supporting materials. (E.g a certificate, an award from a competition)
• A recommendation letter from your coach
